NSI Industries ("NSI" or the "Company") is a supplier of stock-and-flow electrical, HVAC and building technology products to the commercial and industrial (“C&I”) and building technology markets in North America. The Company goes to market with a portfolio of respected brands and primarily sells through electrical, HVAC and building technology wholesale distributors. NSI's products are used by contractors in MRO and retrofit activities as well as new construction.
