This website contains statements by current and former managers, provided solely to give context to the relationship that Odyssey seeks to develop with its portfolio company personnel. They are individual experiences, reflecting their own engagement and results with Odyssey. The managers are not “clients” under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, however certain individuals may be invested in funds managed by Odyssey. No cash or non-cash compensation has been provided for these testimonials. There may be material conflicts of interest in providing these endorsements given that these managers are generally incented (or have in the past been incented) by the performance of the portfolio companies, which are controlled by funds associated with Odyssey, and they should be read in light of such conflicts.
