Duravant (the "Company"), during Odyssey's ownership period, was a global manufacturer of engineered equipment serving the food processing, packaging and material handling equipment industries. The Company operated through three segments: Food Processing, Packaging Machinery and Material Handling.

- Reorganized and refocused the Company's go-to-market strategy and implemented a new product development process to accelerate organic growth
- Implemented strategic pricing initiatives in OEM and aftermarket products to drive margin improvement
- Augmented existing management with a new executive team capable of building out a global business
