Aviation Technologies, Inc. (“ATI” or the “Company”), during Odyssey’s ownership period, was a supplier of highly engineered electrical and electro-mechanical aircraft components used on most commercial, regional and business jet airplanes, as well as most military airplanes. ATI primarily sold proprietary products that had sole source positions at the OEMs and ensured a steady stream of highly profitable aftermarket business.
