Overview
Odyssey Investment Partners manages over $2.0 billion of capital in three private equity funds, a $760 million fund that we raised in 1998, a $750 million fund that we raised in 2005 and a $1.5 billion fund we raised in 2009. Odyssey makes majority, control investments primarily in established middle-market companies in a variety of industries.
- We focus on several core areas: industrial manufacturing, business and insurance services, aerospace/defense products and services, route-based businesses, supply chain management, energy products and services and rental businesses.
- We back existing management teams and make investments in the form of leveraged acquisitions, growth financings and recapitalizations.
